When I started my weight loss journey I weighed 345 pounds. I have started a social media presence as a way to hold myself accountable. I enjoy hearing about other peoples success stories and do my best to be a positive influence to others who struggle as I have for so long. Food is an addiction and it takes an enormous amount of dedication and self control to change your lifestyle and create a healthier self. I am going to use these platforms to share my story and experiences and hopefully I can eventually be an inspirational story to help others in similar situations.

Weight loss is not easy. You must celebrate all of your accomplishments on your journey no matter how small you think it is. If you are trying and you make changes for the better, be proud of that. Those of us who have to fight to lose every pound must be a positive influence to each other and I will celebrate your victories with you. I will try to be as transparent as I can and if you have any questions reach out and lets go on this journey together!
